Good to know: This integration has been developed by ViralSweep, there are several ways to get support from them.
Thanks to the integration between ViralSweep and Sendinblue, you'll be able to automatically transfer leads from your ViralSweep sweepstakes and contests to your Sendinblue account.

Before getting started
You will need to gather the following information prior to setting up the integration:
- SendinBlue account credentials. If you don't have one, sign up for free.
- SendinBlue API v3 key. Follow the instructions on how to do so here
- ViralSweep account credentials. If you don't have one, sign up here.
1. Connect ViralSweep to Sendinblue
When setting up your campaign, go to the Connect Email Service section and click on Sendinblue.
You'll be asked to input your Sendinblue API v3 key (available here).
Once you successfully input your credentials and click the connect button, your Sendinblue lists will be displayed. Simply choose a list from the dropdown menu and click connect.
That's it, you're all set. Your campaign is now connected to your Sendinblue account, and we will send user data right into your Sendinblue list.
What data is synchronized?
The following contact attributes will be added to your Sendinblue account and the corresponding ViralSweep data will be passed:

Do you update subscribers?
Yes, if you run a promotion and we pass someone to Sendinblue, then you run another promotion in the future and the same person enters, we will automatically update their information in Sendinblue (if any new information is provided). Mainly, the referral URL will be updated with the newest URL for each promotion they enter.
If you have connected your campaign to Sendinblue and users are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:
Email already in Sendinblue list
The email address entered into the Sendinblue list may already be in your Sendinblue list, so it will not be added again.
The email address entered into the campaign has already been entered into the campaign previously, so therefore it is not passed to Sendinblue again. This can happen if you set up your Sendinblue integration after you have already entered the campaign. Delay in reporting
Sendinblue is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours
