Part 3: Transfer your revenue from Payment to your bank account

Payment is currently only available under request and to Eurozone users. To request access to the feature, contact our Head of Payment by email: alexandre.hudavert@sendinblue.com.

Each time a customer purchases a product or service from one of your payment links, their money is transfered to your Payment app. You then have the possibily to transfer this money to your bank account

We've divided the Payment links articles into the following parts:

Good to know

  • Your revenue will be transfered to the bank account you specified when you registered to the Payment app.
  • We charge a 1% commission and VAT, if applicable for each transfer to your bank account. 
  • The transfer of revenue from your Payment app to your bank account usually happens within 2-3 days

💸 Transfer your revenue to your bank account

Transfering your revenue from your Payment app to your bank account only takes a few clicks:

  1. Go to Payment > Transactions
  2. Click Transfer to your bank account

  3. Enter the amount of money you want to transfer to your bank account. The amount has to be greater than 1 and under or equal to your current balance.

    💡 Good to know
    The transfer fee, total amount and balance after transaction are automatically calculated and displayed in this page to help you know easily how much money in total will actually be transfered to your bank account.
  4. Click Continue/Confirm

Congratulations! 🎉 The revenue generated from your payment links has been transfered to your bank account. It should be visible on your bank account within 2-3 days.

Check the status and details of your transfers from Payment > Transactions ⬇️.

📈 Check your transfer from the Transactions dashboard

Your transfer will remain as Pending until it is successfully authorized by your bank. After that, the money should be visible on your bank account within 2-3 days and transfer will then appear as Completed. The transfers to your bank account are displayed with a red - XX€ value with the Transfer to reference:

Click More info to access more details about your transfer, such as the bank account owner name and IBAN, total amount transfered and fees:
