The new contact listing comes with a new segmentation feature: Segments. This feature is an improved version of both the Advanced Search and Segmentation and Dynamic List features that were available on the previous contact listing page. It allows you to create personalized groups of contacts automatically generated by a set of conditions based on attributes and/or events, just like you could do by combining both previous features.
Good to know

Can I still use my previously saved filters and dynamic lists?
Your previously saved filters are now available at the bottom of Segments, under the Archived Filters category.
You can still use them to segment the recipients of an email campaign, as an entry point in a workflow, etc.
However, note that archived filters are not editable. We highly recommend you recreate them as a new segment, replace them if they're used in an Automation workflow, and delete them once you're done.
Until the end of April 2023, you'll still be able to access your saved dynamic lists from Contacts > Lists. Dynamic lists appear with the Dynamic list tag.
For now, you can still use them to segment the recipients of an email campaign but we highly recommend you recreate them as a new segment.
