What are legacy pricing plans?

In October 2022, Sendinblue changed its pricing offer. If you had a paid Sendinblue account (Free, Lite, Premium, or Enterprise plans) before we introduced our new pricing offer, your plan is now considered a legacy plan. In this article, we will explain what our legacy pricing plans are.

From our legacy Monthly plans where you can customize your offer to our legacy Pay-As-You-Go solution with no expiration date, we've created a variety of offers to meet your needs. 

With Sendinblue, you can store as many contacts as you want across all plans - even the legacy Free plan. Each legacy plan includes the number of emails that you want to send.

Legacy Free Plan

The legacy Free plan is an excellent way to test our service. You'll be able to send up to 300 emails per day. These emails can be used both for email campaigns and transactional emails.

Note that some options and features are limited while using a Free account:

Our legacy Free plan has a sending limit of 300 emails per day. Unused emails expire and do not roll over to the next day.

You can view the number of emails left for the day at the bottom-left side of your Sendinblue account:


If you hit the daily limit, you will be able to manually send your email to all your contacts in the next few days using the Requeue option.

💡 Good to know 
The emails won't automatically be sent in the next few days, you'll have to do it manually with the Requeue option.

Legacy Monthly Plans: Lite, Premium, Enterprise

❗️ Important
All our legacy Monthly plans are automatically renewed one month after you signed up, on the same date every month (for example, if you signed up for a legacy Monthly plan on June 10th, it will be renewed on July 10th, and continue on the 10th of each month). Legacy Monthly plans provide a number of emails that are valid and available to use for the ongoing month. Unused emails expire and do not roll over to the next month.

Our legacy Monthly plans allow you to send a certain amount of emails per month without a daily sending limit.

This is the perfect option if you wish to send emails on a regular basis. You can customize your paid plan with the number of emails that you need, and the different add-ons (A/B testing, Remove the Sendinblue logo, Landing pages, Multi-users, etc.).


Legacy Lite Plan

The legacy Lite plan (from 20,000 emails/month for $25/month) is the lowest price option. You can customize the number of emails up to 100,000 emails/month for $65/month.

It gives you all the Free features with no daily sending limit

You can also get the Lite+ add-on to access advanced reporting (heat map, geography, device, in-depth open and click statistics), A/B testing, and the ability to remove the Sendinblue logo at the bottom of your emails.

Legacy Premium Plan

Our most popular legacy plan is the Premium plan which lets you send up to 1,000,000 emails/month. It starts at $65/month for 20,000 emails. 

It gives you all the legacy Lite plan and Lite+ add-on features, as well as:

  • Unlimited contacts in Marketing Automation,
  • Multi-user access (3 included and possible to purchase up to 10),
  • Landing pages (5 included and possible to purchase up to 20 in packs of 5),
  • Sent time optimization,
  • Phone support,
  • Etc.

Legacy Enterprise plan

The Enterprise Plan is our most complete plan for advanced needs.

It gives you all the legacy Premium plan features, as well as:

  • Priority sending,
  • 20+ Landing pages,
  • Priority support,
  • SAML access,
  • Access for 10+ users,
  • Etc.

Legacy Pay-As-You-Go solution

Our legacy Pay-As-You-Go solution allows you to purchase as many Email, WhatsApp, and SMS credits as you need without subscribing to a regular long-term plan. It is a flexible solution because email credits don't expire, so you can use them at your own pace. 

We recommend this solution if you don’t send emails or SMS very often.

💡 Good to know 
Pre-paid email credits also come with everything in the legacy Lite plan including the Lite+ add-on.

Manage your legacy plan

💡 Good to know
If you want to switch to our new pricing offer, contact us by creating a ticket from your Sendinblue account.

You can decide to upgrade or downgrade your legacy Monthly plan at any time or switch to monthly or annual billing.

  1. Click Your account name > My Plan.
  2. In the Overview section:
    • Click Manage your plan to upgrade or downgrade your legacy Monthly plan.
    • Click Get annual subscription to switch to annual billing.

      💡 Good to know
      Subscribe to an annual plan and save 10% compared to a 12-month Monthly Plan.

Cancel your legacy plan

❗️ Important
Once you cancel your legacy plan, you won't be able to subscribe to any legacy plan again. You will need to choose a plan from our new pricing offer.
  1. Click Your account name > My Plan.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Cancel my subscription.
