Microsoft Exchange Calendar

You can connect Meetings to your calendar during the onboarding. However, you can still do it later or change your mind and disconnect your calendar from the Meetings page.

🤔 Why connect your calendar to Meetings?

Connecting your calendar to Sendinblue's Meetings is a good way to avoid double booking. When you connect your calendar to Meetings, your booking pages will accurately show your availability according to your calendar.

For example, if an appointment is indicated on your calendar the next day, clients will not be able to book a meeting during the slot of your appointment.

When a meeting is booked with a client, the meeting is also automatically displayed on your connected calendar

If you perform actions on your event from your calendar, the client will be automatically informed by email.

For example, if you decide to postpone a meeting from Google calendar, your client will receive an email to be informed.

Connecting your calendar to Meetings is helpful to organize yourself, avoid double bookings, and manage your meetings from a place you already know: your everyday professional or personal calendar.
