Where can I view the list of blocklisted contacts? (unsubscribed addresses, complaints, hard bounces) [New design]

A blocklisted contact is a contact that is excluded from receiving your campaigns due to certain reasons. To learn more about why a contact can be blocklisted, check our article What is a blocklisted contact?.

Get the list of blocklisted contacts

  1. To view the list of blocklisted contacts of a campaign, go to the Contacts tab.
  2. Click + Add a filter to segment blocklisted contacts.
  3. In the drop-down menu, select:
    • For email campaigns: Email > Email campaigns subscriptions > Blocklisted.

    • For WhatsApp: WhatsApp > WhatsApp campaigns subscriptions > Blocklisted.

Export the list of blocklisted contacts

You can export the contacts from your search by selecting them and choosing More actions > Export from the drop-down box.
