In this article, we'll learn how to manage segments present on the Segments page (Contacts > Segments). You'll learn how to edit, Duplicate, Delete and Categorize a segment.
💡 Good to know
The new Segments feature replaces the Advanced Search and Segmentation feature previously available from the Contacts page. It is still in beta and is part of an early release to some of our users. Before you start
Make sure you've already created segments.
To learn more about creating segments, check our dedicated article Create a segment.
Find a segment
- From Contacts > Segments, you can find a segment by searching for its name in the search bar or choosing the category you've put it in.
- To overview your Segment's condition, click condition.
Edit a Segment
Even if a segment is already created, it's always possible to edit it.
- From Contacts > Segments, click your Segment's name.
- Edit your Segment as you would do when you create one.

Duplicate a Segment
- From Contacts > Segments, click Duplicate.
- Name your duplicate.
- Click Duplicate.
Rename or delete a segment
- From Contacts > Segments, click More.
- Rename or Delete your segment.
Change a Segment's category
- From Contacts > Segments, click Change category.
- Choose which category you want your segment to incorporate.
💡 Good to knowYou can also create a new category here by clicking Create a Category. - Click Move.
