Are there any sending limits? (emails and SMS)

In this article, we will explain what are the sending limits for each pricing plan:

🛑 Sending limits on the Free plan

Daily sending limit

Our Free plan has a sending limit of 300 emails per day. These emails can be used both for email campaigns and transactional emails. Unused emails expire and do not roll over to the next day.

You can view the number of emails left for the day at the bottom-left side of your Sendinblue account.

If you hit the daily limit, you will be able to manually send your email to all your contacts on the next days thanks to the Requeue feature.

Hourly quota for transactional emails, shared IPs only

All transactional senders who are using our shared IPs will start with an initial hourly quota of 100 emails per hour. This quota will increase or decrease automatically based on your engagement metrics and sending volume to help you build a positive reputation over time.

You can view the hourly quota left for your account at the bottom-left side of the Transactional tab.

🛑 Sending limits on the Lite and Premium plans

Monthly email volume

Our Lite and Premium plans are limited to the personalized monthly email volume included in the plan purchased. This monthly email volume can be used for both email campaigns and transactional emails. Unused emails expire and do not roll over to the next month.

You can view the number of emails left for the month at the bottom-left side of your Sendinblue account or on your My Plan page.

Pre-paid email credits, also called Pay-As-You-Go credits, are used separately from monthly and annual plan. Pre-payed email credits never expire and unused credits continue to roll over each month.

🛑 Sending limits with pre-paid SMS credits

Pre-paid SMS credits are used separately from monthly and annual plans. They are not available through subscription plans and must be purchased in packs of 100 SMS. Pre-paid SMS credits never expire and unused credits continue to roll over each month.
