In this article, we will give you an overview of the contact details page.
Sendinblue's contact details page allows you to find all the information and actions related to a contact in one page, such as their attributes, the lists they've been added to, their email statistics, their activities, etc.
💡 Good to know
Note that the old version of the contact detail page is completely removed and replaced by this version. Reach out to our customer care for any questions.
Overview of the contact details page
To access a contact details page, go to Contacts and click the contact's name.

According to the
apps you have enabled on your Sendinblue account, some options may or may not be available on your contact details page (transactional emails, CRM, etc.).
Header

In the header section of the contact details page, you will find:
- Contact name and date of import
View the name of your contact and when they were imported into your Sendinblue account. Learn how to add contacts into Sendinblue.
- Option to subscribe or blacklist the contact to your email campaigns
Manually subscribe or blacklist a contact from your email campaigns. Learn how to manually subscribe or blacklist a contact from your campaigns.
- Options to subscribe or blacklist the contact from your SMS campaigns

- Option to approve or block senders to send transactional emails to the contact

Information and lists

In the left-side column of the contact details page, you will find:
- Information
View and manage the contact and transactional attributes of the contact. Learn how to manage contact attributes.
- Lists
View the lists the contact has been added to.
- Delete contact permanently
Remove the contact from your Sendinblue contact list.

Actions

Below the header of the contact details page, you will find:
- Add a note
Add notes about meetings or calls to keep a record of your interactions with the contact.
- Compose an email
Send an email to your contact.
- Import a file
Add files, such as a quote or an invoice, to organize your documents related to the contact.
The following actions are only available if you have enabled CRM on your Sendinblue account:
- Create a task
Create a new task to keep a complete history of your communications with your contact.
- New deal
Create a new deal to keep track of any opportunity to sell your services or your products to your contact.

In the Overview section of the contact details page, you will find:
- Quick statistics
View statistics related to the email campaigns sent to the contact. Learn how to send an email campaign.
- Transactions
View your number of transactions, your transactional attributes, and manually create new transactions related to the contact.

History

In the History section of the contact details page, you will find:
- History
View the history of all activities related to the contact.
- Filter
Filter your contact's history to only view specific activities.
- File import in the history
Files can be imported up to 10 MB. You can then download or delete the file from the contact's details page.
- Note in the history
Notes can contain up to 3000 characters and text can be formatted. You can then edit or delete the note from the contact details page.
- Email campaign in the history
View when a contact interacts with your emails, such as when they receive or open an email. You can then view the complete email report or preview the email.
