Transactional logs correspond to the actions performed on the transactional emails, such as when an email was sent, opened, or when a contact clicked an unsubscribe link.

Your transactional logs contain information about all your transactional emails, whether they were sent through an Automation workflow or not. If you want to filter your logs to only view the emails that were sent through a workflow, you can either use a specific sender for these emails or add a tag to the email templates you use in your workflows.
You can easily filter your transactional logs over a period of time, by sender, by tag, and by event (sent, opened, unsubscribed).
You can click a log to view its details, preview or resend the email, or delete all the logs related to it:
