In this article, we will explain how to import, download, and delete a file from your CRM.
You can add files, such as a quote or an invoice, to a deal or contact history to help you keep a record of your interactions with leads.
💡 Good to know
Sendinblue CRM allows you to import files up to 10MB to a deal or contact history.To import a file to a deal or contact history:
- Go to CRM > Deals or to Contacts.
- Go to a deal or contact details page.
- Click on Import a file.
- You have two options to import your file:
- Click on Browse your files and select a file.
- Drag and drop your file directly in the window.
Find a file
To find the files added to a deal or contact history:
- Go to CRM > Deals or to Contacts.
- Go to a deal or contact details page.
- In the deal or contact's history, click on the All activities filter.
- Select Files.
Download a file
To download a file added to a deal or contact history:
- Go to CRM > Deals or to Contacts.
- Go to a deal or contact details page.
- Under the file that you want to download, click on Download.
Delete a file
To delete a file added to a deal or contact history:
- Go to CRM > Deals or to Contacts.
- Go to a deal or contact details page.
- Under the file that you want to delete, click on Delete.
- Click on Delete again to confirm the deletion of the file.
