Set up your CRM

In this article, we will explain how to set up your Sendinblue CRM so that you can start managing your customer relationships.

To set up your CRM:

  1. Go to CRM
  2. Click Try Sendinblue CRM
    try_CRM_EN.png

  3. A new CRM Folder is automatically created for you
  4. Name your first CRM list
  5. Click Get Started

💡 Good to know
We recommend you create a Marketing Automation workflow to automatically add contacts that qualify as leads or existing customers directly to your first CRM list so that you can contact them directly.
