Set up your Sales CRM

In this article, we will explain how to set up your Sendinblue Sales CRM so that you can start managing your customer relationships.

To set up your Sales CRM:

  1. In your Sendinblue account, click on the + sign in the top bar.
  2. Scroll down and toggle on the Sales CRM app.
  3. Click on Go to Sales CRM.
  4. Click on Get started today

You can now start using Sendinblue Sales CRM!

We recommend you create a Marketing Automation workflow to automatically add contacts that qualify as leads or existing customers directly to your first Sales CRM list so that you can contact them directly.
