Manage attributes from a contact or deal details page

In this article, we will explain how to manage your deals and contacts attributes from your contacts or deals details page.

Good to know

  • The way attributes are displayed on a contact or deal details page is unique for each user. Users in an organization can set up the display of their contacts or deals attributes in a way that suits them best.
  • The attributes available to be displayed on the contact details page correspond to the attributes that you created for your Sendinblue contacts.

Deal attributes

From a deal details page, you can manage the attributes displayed in the Deal details section.

To manage attributes from a deal details page:

  1. Go to Sales CRM > Deals.
  2. Select a deal.
  3. In the Deal details section, click the settings_icon_EN.png icon.
  4. To display an attribute, select it in the Available attributes column.
  5. To remove an attribute, click the cross icon next to it in the Selected deal attributes column.
  6. To rearrange the order of the attributes:
    1. Hover the pointer over the attribute you want to move in the Selected deal attributes column.
    2. Long press the move_icon_EN.png icon and drag it to the desired position.
  7. Click Save deal attributes.
💡 Good to know
Attributes such as Deal name, Deal owner, and Created at are required by default and are automatically added in the Selected deal attributes column. Required attributes cannot be rearranged or removed.

Contact attributes

From a contact details page, you can manage the attributes displayed in the Informations section.

To manage attributes from a contact details page:

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Select a contact's email address.
  3. In the Details section, click the settings_icon_EN.png icon.
  4. To display an attribute, select it in the All contact attributes column.
  5. To remove an attribute, click the cross icon next to it in the Selected contact attributes column.
  6. To rearrange the order of the attributes:
    1. Hover the pointer over the attribute you want to move.
    2. Long press the move_icon_EN.png icon and drag it to the desired position.
  7. Click Confirm favorite attributes.
💡 Good to know
The Email attribute is required by default and is automatically added in the Selected contact attributes column. A required attribute cannot be rearranged or removed.
