Add related contacts to a CRM deal

In this article, we will explain how to associate multiple contacts to a single deal in Sendinblue CRM by adding them as related contacts.

Add related contacts to an existing deal

To add a related contact to an existing deal in your CRM:

  1. Go to CRM > Deals
  2. Select the deal you want to add a related contact to
  3. Click Manage related contacts

  4. Add related contacts in the Related contact field by:
    • Selecting one or several contacts in the list
    • Entering a keyword such as their first name, last name, or email address
  5. Select if you want to add the timeline activity of the related contacts to the deal history

Add related contacts to a new deal

From Deals

To add a related contact when creating a new deal from Deals:

  1. Go to CRM > Deals
  2. Click Create deal
  3. Add related contacts in the Related contact field by:
    • Selecting one or several contacts in the list
    • Entering a keyword such as their first name, last name, or email address
  4. Select if you want to add the timeline activity of the related contacts to the deal history

From a contact details page

To add a related contact when creating a new deal from a contact details page:

  1. Go to CRM CRM Contacts
  2. Click the email address of the contact you want to add as a related contact
  3. On their details page, click New Deal
  4. The contact will automatically be added in the Related contact field
  5. If necessary, add more related contacts in the Related contact field by:
    • Selecting one or several other contacts in the list
    • Entering a keyword such as their first name, last name, or email address
  6. Select if you want to add the timeline activity of the related contacts to the deal history
