Assigning IP(s) to a child account

Overview

As a White Label Sendinblue account, you'll be able to:

  • Manage multiple accounts
  • Place your own logo and colour scheme
  • Offer a unique login portal on your domain

If you are interested in this solution, get in touch with our Sales team for a demo here.

Now that the child account is created, we'll see in this article how to assign a dedicated IP to it. Several options are available.

From Reseller dashboard

Next to a child account's name, click on the + ASSIGN AN IP button.

You also have the option to click on the ASSIGN AN IP button from the left sidebar.

Assigning multiple IPs to a child account

You can assign more than one IP address to the same child account. This means the campaigns routed by this child account will be randomly spread among the IP addresses in the pool.

Tip: Depending on your customers, the sensitivity of their email content and the quality of their contact databases, we recommend using a dedicated IP address for each child account.

Next step

  • Login a child account
  • Create a sender for a child account
