Create a child account

As a White Label Sendinblue account, you'll be able to:

  • Manage multiple accounts
  • Place your own logo and color scheme
  • Offer a unique login portal on your domain

How to create a child account

The white label plan lets you create child accounts independently.

From your Sendinblue account, go to Resellers. On the Resellers dashboard, click on ADD NEW CHILD ACCOUNT.

A pop up will appear. Fill the information then click on SAVE to create the child account.

Child account information

When you create a child account, you choose their login email address and password. Each child account's API key will be available from their account.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Email address
  • Password

Assign credits

Type a number to assign credits to the child account.

  • Email Credits
  • SMS Credits

Enable apps

By default, Email campaigns and Contacts management are enabled on child accounts you create. These features cannot be disabled.

Depending on your White Label account settings, in the section Activate tools, check the box(es) to:

  • Enable Transactional emails
  • Enable SMS Campaigns
  • Enable Transactional SMS
  • eEnable Marketing Automation

In the following cases, child accounts will see:

  • Transactional emails disabled and Transactional SMS enabled
    • ✅ Platform Transactional
    • ❌ Tab Email
    • ✅ Tab SMS
  • Transactional emails disabled and Transactional SMS disabled
    • ❌ Platform Transactional
  • SMS Campaigns disabled
    • ✅ Platform Campaigns
    • ❌ Tab SMS

Select language

You have the choice between 6 languages:

  • English
  • French
  • Italian
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • German
