Sendinblue supports SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) which provides the feature to onboard your users via SSO (single sign-on) to access your account. Users are authenticated by a trusted third-party identity provider. Once users are authenticated via the identity provider, our platform is accessible to them with a secure token.
To achieve this you just need to configure SAML in your account and you can allow your company users to access the account with SSO.
This feature is available only for Enterprise clients. Contact us to have the feature in your Enterprise account.
Configure SAML in your account
The switch on the page would allow, enable or disable SAML in your account for your users. Once you have enabled the feature, you need to provide the details from your identity provider.
You will find the following attributes with your identity provider and you need to share with us on this page:
- Metadata address
The attributes which are used to authenticate the users are:
- Email fieldname
- User ID
The next step is the verification of your SAML configuration. Once you have shared the information with us on this page, you can verify the configuration by clicking Verify on this page. If you see the green color check mark, you can save the configuration.
Now you are all set and the users from your company would be able to access your account with single sign-on.
