How to add contacts into your CRM

Add your customers into CRM to start managing your relationships one on one. There are multiple options to add your customers to CRM:

Add existing contacts

Copy an entire list

  • In the CRM platform, open the CRM contacts tab and click Import contacts
  • Click on the Select existing contacts box.
  • Choose Select an entire list.
  • Use the first dropdown menu to select the contact list you would like copied to CRM.
  • Choose the CRM list to which you want your contacts added.
  • Click Add existing contacts.

Select specific contacts

  • In the CRM platform, open the CRM contacts tab and click Import contacts
  • Click on Select existing contacts.
  • Choose Select specific contacts.
  • Use the dropdown menu to choose a list where the contact currently resides.
  • Select your search criteria from the attribute list.
  • Enter your keyword and click Search.
  • Select one or more contacts from the search results.
  • Choose the CRM list to which you want your contacts added.
  • Click Add existing contacts.

Good to know: Only contacts that are not already present in your CRM list will be copied. 

Import new contacts in your CRM list

Importing new contacts into Sendinblue is possible by file upload or by copy/paste. You can map your attributes and your contacts details, then add your contacts to your CRM list.
