How to customize columns in CRM contacts page?

According to your CRM usage, you may want to change the position of specific columns, show only columns you are interested in and hide the rest.


To rearrange the order of columns 

  • Go to CRM contacts screen
  • Click on Attributes on the right side of the screen
  • Hover the pointer over the item you want to move. The icon expand-arrows-alt-regular.png should appear.
  • Simply long press expand-arrows-alt-regular.png icon and then drag it to the desired position.

To hide or show a specific column

  • Go to CRM contacts screen
  • Click on Attributes on the right side of the screen
  • Change the visibility of a column by clicking the eye icon
    • eye-blue.png indicates columns that are visible
    • eye-grey.png indicates columns that are currently hidden.

Good to know: Please note that columns “Phone”, “Next task”, “User assigned” and “List” can neither be rearranged nor hidden.
