Manage your Sales CRM tasks

In this article, we will explain how to manage your tasks in Sendinblue CRM. To learn how to create a Sales CRM task, read Create a Sales CRM task.

In Sendinblue Sales CRM, you can manage your tasks from different locations:

From the Tasks page

You can manage your tasks from the Tasks page in Sales CRM. To access the Tasks page, go to Sales CRM > Tasks.

Filter your tasks

From the Tasks page, tasks can be filtered through several options:

  1. Choose to only see tasks from a certain period of time
  2. Choose to only see tasks that have been completed or not
  3. Choose to only see your tasks, another user's tasks, or tasks that have not been assigned yet
  4. Choose to see only certain types of tasks
  5. Search for one or several tasks by typing their subject

Edit a task

To edit a task from the Tasks page:

  1. Click on a task subject.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Click on Save.

Mark a task as done

To mark a task as done from the Tasks page:

  • Select the box next to the task and click Mark as done.
  • Click on the done_icon_EN.png icon.

Delete a task

To delete a task from the Tasks page:

  1. Select the box next to the task.
  2. Click on Delete.
  3. Click on Yes, delete it to confirm.

From the Deals page

You can manage your tasks from the Deals page by selecting the Kanban view in Sales CRM. To access the Kanban view, go to Sales CRM > Deals > Kanban_view_EN.jpg.

Filter your tasks

From the Kanban view, you can see whether a deal task is due or overdue.

Edit a task

To edit a task from the Kanban view:

  1. Click on the arrow next to the task.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Click on Save.

Mark a task as done

To mark a task as done from the Kanban view:

  1. Click on the arrow next to the task.
  2. Click on Mark as done.
  3. Click on Save.

Delete a task

To delete a task from the Kanban view:

  1. Click on the arrow next to the task.
  2. Click on Delete.
  3. Click on Yes, delete it.
  4. Click on Save.

From a deal or contact details page

You can manage tasks associated with a deal or contact from their details page. To access a deal details page, go to Sales CRM > Deals and select the desired deal. To access a contact details page, go to Contacts and select the desired contact.

Filter your tasks

💡 Good to know
When a task is due, it will appear at the top of the deal or contact details page. When a task is marked as done, it will appear in the deal or contact history.

To filter your tasks from a deal or contact details page:

  1. Click on the next drop-down list next to Filter by:.
  2. Select Tasks.

Edit a task

To edit a task from a deal or contact details page:

  1. Under the task, click on Edit.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Click on Save.

Mark a task as done

To mark a task as done from a deal or contact details page:

  • Click on Mark as done.
  • Click on the done_icon_EN.png icon.

Delete a task

To edit a task from a deal or contact details page:

  1. Under the task, click on Delete.
  2. Click on Yes, delete it to confirm.
