How to create a CRM note

CRM notes help you keep a record of your interactions with leads.


Create a new note

  • In the CRM platform > CRM contacts, click on the email address of your contact to open their contact page
  • Click on Take notes at the right side of your screen
  • Compose your note
  • Format your text note by selecting and applying desired styles
  • Click Save

From now, your note will be integrated into your Activity timeline.

Good to know: You can easily edit or delete your note from the contact's activity timeline.
