Create a CRM note

In this article, we will explain how to create, edit, and delete a note in your CRM. 

You can add notes to a deal or contact history to help you keep a record of your interactions with leads.

Create a note

From the Kanban view

To add a note to a deal from the Kanban view:

  1. Go to CRM >Deals.
  2. Select the Kanban view Kanban_view_EN.jpg.
  3. Click on the three_dots_icon.png icon next to a deal name.
  4. Select Add a note.

  5. Write your note.
  6. Add formatting to your note if necessary.
  7. Click on Save note.

From a deal or contact details page

To add a note to a deal or contact history:

  1. Go to the desired deal or contact details page.
  2. Click on Add a note.

  3. Write your note.
  4. Add formatting to your note if necessary.
  5. Click on Save note.

Filter your notes

To filter the notes added to a deal or contact history:

  1. Go to the desired contact or deal details page.
  2. In the deal or contact history, click the All activities filter.
  3. Select Notes.

Edit a note

To edit a note added to a deal or contact history:

  1. Go to the desired contact or deal details page.
  2. Under the note that you want to edit, click on Edit.

  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click on Save note.

Delete a note

To delete a note added to a deal or contact history:

  1. Go to the desired contact or deal details page.
  2. Under the note that you want to delete, click on Delete.

  3. Click on Delete again to confirm.
