Assign a group of CRM contacts to an agent

You can assign CRM contacts to another person in your organization individually or in bulk.

Assign a group of CRM contacts 

  • In the CRM platform, click on CRM contacts on the left panel menu
  • Select the contacts you would like to assign. You may assign them:
    • Directly on your contacts list
    • Using the search bar in order to find contacts by a specific attribute like their email or their phone number.
  • Click on Assign to
  • Select an agent
  • Click Apply

The name of the assigned agent will appear in the contact's User Assigned field.

Good to know: You can un-assign one or several contacts by following a similar process. Once you click on Assign to, choose to Remove assignment.
