You can assign CRM contacts to another person in your organization individually or in bulk.
Assign a group of CRM contacts
- In the CRM platform, click on CRM contacts on the left panel menu
- Select the contacts you would like to assign. You may assign them:
- Directly on your contacts list
- Using the search bar in order to find contacts by a specific attribute like their email or their phone number.
- Click on Assign to
- Select an agent
- Click Apply
The name of the assigned agent will appear in the contact's User Assigned field.
