Assign a group of CRM contacts to an agent

You can assign CRM contacts to another person in your organization individually or in bulk.

Assign a group of CRM contacts 

  1. In the CRM platform, click CRM contacts on the left panel menu
  2. Select the contacts you would like to assign. You may assign them:
    • Directly on your contacts list
    • Using the search bar in order to find contacts by a specific attribute like their email or their phone number
  3. Click Assign to
  4. Select an agent
  5. Click Apply

The name of the assigned agent will appear in the contact's User Assigned field.

💡 Good to know
You can un-assign one or several contacts by following a similar process: once you click Assign to, choose Remove assignment.
