Customize your chat widget

You can modify the way the chat widget looks to match the look and feel of your company's website.

To customize the widget's appearance, you need to:

  1. From the Chat tab, go to Settings > Chatbox

  2. Choose a Company name for your widget. This field represents the title that will be displayed on the top of your widget.

  3. Select a custom logo

  4. Choose your widget’s color

  5. Click Save

💡 Good to know
You can either enter the Hexacode of the color you want to apply to the chat widget or choose one of the suggested colors.
💡 Good to know
The chat widget can be displayed in 6 languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and German. A display language will automatically be selected for each of your chat customers based on the language used in their computer's web browser.
