SendinBlue’s Chat platform helps you better prioritize your conversations. Each conversation can have one of two statuses: New or Resolved.
To mark a conversation as resolved, click on the Resolved button located at the bottom right side of the Chat screen. This will move the conversation to a separated tab called Resolved containing a list of conversations that were previously resolved by an operator.
Resolved conversations can be opened again and marked as Unresolved by using the same steps above.
