When you're using the chat, you can switch your status from available (online) to unavailable (offline).
To change your chat status:
- In the Chat tab, go to the left menu
- Click on the button above your name to display a list of the possible statuses
- Select your desired status
💡 Good to know
When all operators are offline, you can decide whether or not to hide the chat widget on your website. To do so, edit your Chatbox Availability settings. 🤔 Have a question?
