Integrating Zoho with Sendinblue

In this article, we will explain how to integrate Zoho with Sendinblue using the Sendinblue plugin.

Developed by Zoho, the Sendinblue plugin lets you seamlessly integrate all of the benefits of Sendinblue with your CRM platform, including:

  • Sync your contacts in a couple of clicks
  • Send email campaigns to your Zoho contacts
  • Access your email marketing analytics from your CRM
  • Receive notifications when Zoho contacts engage with your emails

Install the plugin

To install the Sendinblue plugin for Zoho:

  1. Visit the Sendinblue page in the Zoho marketplace and click Install.
  2. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
  3. Choose one of the following and click Confirm.
    • Install for admins only - The extension will be installed only for the users with an administrator profile.
    • Install for all users - The extension will be installed for all the users.
    • Choose profiles - The extension will be installed for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, then select the desired profiles.
    • Choose one of the following and click Confirm.
  4. To link your Sendinblue account with the plugin, enter your v3 API key and click Save.

Now that you’ve successfully connected your Sendinblue account with your Zoho CRM, you can start syncing your CRM contacts with Sendinblue.

💡 Good to know
You can find your v3 API key on the SMTP & API page of your Sendinblue account. If you skip this step, you can authorize it later from your Setup page in Zoho.

Sync your contacts

To sync your Zoho contacts with Sendinblue, go to the Sendinblue module in your Zoho account. Once you reach this menu, you’re presented with a number of options to configure the sync settings. We will go through them step by step.


  • In Sync, select Bulk Sync to sync all of your contacts or Selective Sync only sinc specific contacts.
  • In Sync Type, select One Way to sync contacts only from one platform to another or Both Ways to sync contacts across both platforms.
  • In Sync Behavior, select Sendinblue to Zoho CRM or Zoho CRM to Sendinblue to distinguish which platforms you would like to sync to and from.
  • In Enable Scheduled Sync., select Yes or No to schedule the syncing of your contacts.
  • In Select Sync Occurence, select Daily or Weekly to schedule either daily or weekly syncs.
  • In CRM Module, select Contacts or Leads to decide which module in your CRM you would like the sync to affect.

As soon as you save your settings, you can click Start Sync to perform your first sync with the settings that you set up. You can change your sync settings at any time from the new Settings tab in the Sendinblue module.

After successfully running the sync that you set up, you should be able to find your contacts in the Contacts sections of both your Zoho CRM and/or Sendinblue, depending on the settings you chose for the sync.

View campaign results in Zoho

Now that you’ve got your contacts synced up, it’s time to take a look at Sendinblue campaign results directly from Zoho CRM. You can access this information by clicking on Campaigns from the extended menu at the top of your Zoho page. Once here, select the campaign that you want to view.


After choosing a campaign, you wi’ll be taken to a page that has detailed results for that specific campaign. If you want to more quickly analyze campaign performance in Zoho, you can also modify the numbers at the top to give you the numbers you are most interested in seeing.
