Host your landing page on your subdomain - Amen example

Overview

This tutorial is dedicated to hosting your landing page on your subdomain on Amen.

We recommend that you use your main domain name and create a subdomain dedicated to hosting your landing pages. Be as transparent as possible, for example: pages.yoursite.com.

Good to know:
- You shouldn't use a domain or subdomain used elsewhere. For example, it should not be your website's domain, the domain used for your messaging service or the subdomain associated with your dedicated IP.
- When hosting a landing page on your own domain, please remember to use a multi-page landing page. Follow this guide to learn more about managing sub-pages within your multi-page landing page.

Create two new DNS records on Amen

In this example, we will host our landing page on subdomain pages.sendinbluecc.site.

1. Login to your Amen account.

2. Once you are logged into your Amen account, you will see a list of your domain names (as shown below).

Click on Add a record.

  • Name: sib-domain.sendinbluecc.site. (Do not forget the dot at the end)
  • TTL: type default configuration (usually it is 900 seconds)
  • Type: TXT
  • Text value: paste the value displayed on your SendinBlue account

Click again on Add a record to create the second record.

  • Name: pages.sendinbluecc.site. (Do not forget the dot at the end)
  • TTL: type default configuration (usually it is 900 seconds)
  • Type: CNAME
  • Text value: cname.sibpages.com. (Do not forget the dot at the end)

You should see the following window.

Click on Validate.

Verify DNS propagation

Your modifications will be applied immediately to the DNS zone, but please remember that propagation may take up to 72 hours.
