This article is for users who want to send mass marketing campaigns by email or SMS (e.g. newsletters). If you just want to send transactional emails or SMS and your SMTP account has not been activated, click here.
We manually check each new account before the first email or SMS campaign is sent (particularly if the databases used are "Opt-in"). This check is essential to guarantee optimal security and deliverability for our users. To begin the validation process, please follow the steps shown on your dashboard:
- Import all of the contacts to whom you wish to send your email or SMS campaigns.
- Complete your profile.
- Schedule your first campaign to your recipient list. You can then reschedule this campaign once your account has been validated.

Click here to see how to create your first email campaign. Once you have completed these three steps, validation of your account will begin. An account manager will validate your account and give you full access to SendinBlue within a maximum of 24 working hours. Once your account has been validated, you should reschedule your campaign. NB: only the first campaign needs to be validated by an account manager. Any future campaigns will be sent automatically, with no delay.
