Share your newsletter on social networks

Share your newsletter on social medias or on your website with our Social Share feature.

Share on Social Media 

❗️ Important
You can only share sent campaigns.
  1. Under the campaign you want to share click More ▼.
  2. Select Share on Social Media.
    The Share on Social Media window opens.

  3. Select an image from your campaign design or click New upload to browse an image from your files. You can also choose not to add an image but it is not recommended.
    💡 Good to know
    If you choose to upload an image, it must at least be 600px wide. If your image is smaller than 600px wide, Facebook will create a more compact display.
  4. Add a Title and a Description.
    The image and texts will show up when you share your campaign on your social media accounts.

  5. Click Create Preview.
  6. You're given the option to share your campaigns on your Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts. You will be redirected to your respective social accounts to publish the campaign.
    You can also Copy the URL to put it on your website.

Update the Social Share Content

If you want to edit your post, you can update the image & texts by clicking on the pencil icons near the title and description or by hovering over the image and clicking Update.

💡 Good to know
It may take 1 to 2 hours for updated content to be visible on your social media accounts if you update the image and text after sharing. If you still don't see the updated content after this time, check out the steps below to refresh your featured image and text on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.

Refresh a featured image and text on Facebook

To refresh your featured image and text on Facebook:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account, then navigate to Facebook's Open Graph Debugger page.
  2. Paste your shared URL link in the field provided.
  3. Click Debug.
  4. Click Scrape Again to refresh the link between Facebook and your shared campaign.

Refresh a featured image and text on Twitter

To refresh your featured image and text on Twitter, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your Twitter account, then navigate to Twitter's Card Validator site.
  2. Paste your shared URL in the Card URL field.
  3. Click Preview Card to refresh the link between Twitter and your campaign.

Refresh a featured image and text on Linkedin

To refresh your featured image and text on Linkedin, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your Linkedin account, then navigate to Linkedin's Post Inspector site.
  2. Paste your shared URL link in the field provided.
  3. Click Inspect to refresh the link between Linkedin and your campaign.
