To include a contact in an SMS campaign, ensure that a mobile phone number is included in their contact information within SendinBlue in the SMS attribute field. There are currently three ways to add a phone number to the SMS attribute.
- Manually fill in the SMS attribute for an existing or new contact.
- Import contact lists that include SMS numbers for your contacts.
- Incorporate an SMS field into your sign-up forms. For instructions, please visit this tutorial: Create a subscription form.
❗️ Important
Please note that the phone number is a unique entry in the contact database. You cannot have two contacts with the same phone number.
