How do I add phone numbers to my contact database?

To include a contact in an SMS campaign, ensure that a mobile phone number is included in their contact information within SendinBlue in the SMS attribute field. There are currently three ways to add a phone number to the SMS attribute.

  1. Manually fill in the SMS attribute for an existing or new contact.
  2. Import contact lists that include SMS numbers for your contacts.
  3. Incorporate an SMS field into your sign-up forms. For instructions, please visit this tutorial: Create a subscription form.

❗️ Important
Please note that the phone number is a unique entry in the contact database. You cannot have two contacts with the same phone number.
