How can I change my personal information (email address or password)?

You can change your personal information directly on My profile page.

How to change my login email address?

  1. Click on the name of your company in the top-right corner of the screen and click My profile
  2. In Email address, enter your desired new login email
  3. Click Update my profile at the bottom of the page

❗️ Important
If you wish to change a login email address because the owner no longer works at the company and you don't know the old password, make sure to also reset the password by clicking I forgot my password

How to change my password?

  1. Click on the name of your company in the top-right corner of the screen and click My profile
  2. Go to the Password tab
  3. Enter your new password in the New Password box
  4. Click Update my password

Your new password is updated.
