How can I cancel my Monthly Plan?

You can easily pause and resume or stop your subscription.

How to pause my Monthly Plan?

You can pause your subscription and resume it later.

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of your account then go to your account's My Plan page
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on the box Pause my subscription
  3. Select the duration you want your subscription to be paused: one, two or three months. After this time, your pricing plan will resume automatically.

How to cancel my Monthly Plan?

If you choose to cancel your subscription, please : 

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of your account then go to your account's My Plan page
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on the box Cancel my subscription

Once completed, you may continue using the remaining credits in your account until they expire at the end of your billing month.  

What happens once I've canceled my Monthly Plan?

You will not receive any additional charges after your plan has been cancelled. You may continue using your remaining credits through to their final date of validity. Your Sendinblue account is still active and you can continue to consult your sent campaigns and export your data.

After you've canceled your Monthly Plan, you will not automatically be downgraded to the free plan. You need to sign up to a new plan or opt for pre-paid credits. To change your plan, please check Can I change my plan?
