What are the limits of the Free plans?

Free plans are an excellent way to access some basic features for free and try Sendinblue. In this article, we will see the main limits for each of our free plans.

❓Are there limits on the number of emails I can send?

Yes, with the free plan, you have a quota of 300 emails per day. However, in the next few days, you must manually send your campaign to all your subscribers with to the requeue option

❓Are there limits on the number of contacts?

You can import an unlimited number of contacts to your account.

However, only 2,000 unique contacts can enter an Automation workflow. Above this limit, no more contacts can enter the workflow.

Sendinblue will send you a notification email when:

  • The contacts limit is about to be reached (80%), and
  • The contacts limit is reached.

❓Can I remove the Sendinblue logo with my free plan? 

Only the Starter (for additional cost), Business, and Enterprise plans allow you to remove the Sendinblue logo when sending an email campaign. 

❓Can I have multiple users with my free plan? 

Only one user can access your free plan account. If you want to add additional users to your account, you can upgrade to a Business plan.

❗️ Important
Only 10 users can access your whole Sendinblue account with the Business plan.

🚧 Other limits

  • Business features are unavailable (Landing pages, Facebook ads, A/B testing, etc.) 
  • Only 1 Inbox is available. 
  • You cannot schedule email campaigns. 
  • The campaign reports have fewer details.
  • Limited support and integration options.

❓Can I have several users with the Free Chat plan? 

You can only have one user access with the Free plan. However, you can purchase the Pro Chat plan to add more Chat users. Each new user in the Chat Pro plan costs 13€/month

Other main differences with the Pro Chat plan

  • No Facebook, Instagram, or Whatsapp Chat.
  • No Chatbot and Automation.
  • No Real-time visitors list

Sales-CRM-500px__1_.png Sales CRM plan limits

There is no limit to the Sales CRM plan, as the feature is free for everyone. You can add users to your Sales CRM plan anytime. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add and manage users on your Sendinblue account.

Email_Marketing-500__1_.png Free transactional email volume limits

The free transactional plan only allows you to send up to 300 emails daily. You can always increase your monthly sending volume if needed and subscribe to a paid monthly plan. To learn more, check our dedicated article Add or remove emails to your plan.

💡 Good to know
If you only need to send transactional emails, add emails to your Transactional emails plan. However, if you need to send transactional and marketing emails, upgrade to a paid Marketing Platform plan. You can send your transactional and marketing emails with the Marketing Platform plan.
