Integrating Live Help Now with SendinBlue

Live Help Now is an application suite for managing a series of tools that will ensure the smooth running of your customer service. The Live Help Now suite includes a live chat room service.

The connexion between SendinBlue and Live Help Now allows you to synchronize your Live Help Now contacts with your SendinBlue account: all your Live Help Now contacts will be automatically added to SendinBlue.

Depending on the form of communication (live chat room, message sent off-line), you can opt for the synchronization of a specific list.

Before you start:

Create a free SendinBlue account, on www.sendinblue.com

Installing the SendinBlue plugin on Live Help Now

Once you are in Live Help Now, go to your application's settings page by clicking on "Switch to admin panel".

Next, go to the "My Account (1)" tab, and then the "Integrations (2)" tab and select SendinBlue (3) from the list.

Configuring SendinBlue

Enter your SendinBlue API key that you will find here.

Click on "Refresh". You can now select on this page to which list you want to synchronize your contacts. You can select:

  • a live chat room list

  • a list for the messages sent by your contacts when your are off-line

Make sure you check the "Enable SendinBlue Integration" box, and click on "Save" to apply the configuration. Contacts will be synchronized when they use the chat room or validate the form to leave an off-line message.
