After creating your payment link, share it through any communication channel to collect your customer's payment and generate revenue.
We've divided the Payment links articles into the following parts:
- Part 1: Create a payment link
- Part 2: Share payment links with your customers - YOU ARE HERE
- Part 3: Transfer your revenue from Payment to your bank account
Before you start
- Ensure you request access to Payment to our Head of Payment by email: alexandre.hudavert@sendinblue.com. After exchanging with him, your access to the feature will be enabled.
- Ensure that the name of your Sendinblue account corresponds to the name of your company, as it will appear on your payment page. To edit your Sendinblue account name, go to Your account name > Profile > Company information.
- Create a payment link and ensure it is activated.
📑 Step 1: Copy the link to your payment page
To be able to share your payment page and collect payments, you first have to copy the link to share it with customers. You can either copy the link:
- Directly after creating it, or
- By clicking the copy
icon on the Payment > Payments links page.
🏹 Step 2: Share your payment link
You can share your payment link from any communication channels through which you usually communicate with your customers inside or outside of Sendinblue. A payment link is a simple URL that can be pasted anywhere, on any device.
If you want, you can use Sendinblue features to share your payment links through emails, SMS, WhatsApp, or chat. Use call-to-actions (CTAs) or paste the link to redirect to your payment page.
Let's see some examples of how you can share your payment link and collect your customers' payments in the following sections ⬇️:
🌐 Website
Create a landing page or add a page to your website with a CTA containing a link to your payment page to collect your customers' payments. Your payment page will then act as an online store allowing your customers to choose which products they want to purchase:
📢 Third-party communication channel
Use your third-party communication channels to send welcome messages through email, WhatsApp or SMS to your customers and prompt them to purchase their products from your payment link. You can also use these channels and chats to request a payment or to inform your customers that they can buy your products online. Use CTAs or directly paste the link to your messages.
Insert a button content block in your email campaigns to create a CTA and add the link to your payment page to collect payments:
