Integrieren Sie Zoho Desk in Sendinblue

Manage Sendinblue Contacts, Lists, and Campaigns from Zoho Desk. With this integration, support teams can easily get the full picture of their campaigns, see their statuses, and even send campaigns right from Zoho Desk.

From Zoho Desk, you can:

  • View all Sendinblue campaigns and their statuses.
  • Check to see if a user has opened the campaign from their ticket's detail page.
  • Understand the engagement levels of all Sendinblue Mailing Lists.
  • Send Email campaigns/SMS campaigns.

Before getting started

You will need to gather the following information prior to setting up the integration:

  • Sendinblue account credentials. If you don't have one, sign up for free.
  • Sendinblue API v3 key.  Follow the instructions on how to do so here.  
  • Zoho Desk account credentials. If you don't have one, sign up here.

Install and Configure SendinBlue Extension

The Sendinblue extension can be installed from Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk.

Follow the steps below to install the Sendinblue Extension from Zoho Desk account.

  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
  2. Click the Setup icon (  ) in the top menu bar.
  3. In the Setup Landing page, click All under Marketplace.
  4. Search for Sendinblue in the search bar.
  5. Click Install.
  6. In Sendinblue Installation Setup page,
    • Select Profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
    • Agree to Terms of Use.
    • Click Install.
      The extension will be installed for the specified profiles.
  7. Provide the Sendinblue API v3 key (available here) and click Save button to configure your Sendinblue account.

Viewing Sendinblue Data from Zoho Desk

Once the extension is installed and your Sendinblue account is configured, the data from Sendinblue can be viewed from Zoho Desk through widgets. You can access the widgets from Zoho Desk in two different locations.
  • The top menu bar
  • A ticket's details page subtab

View Sendinblue Data from the Top Menu Bar 

  1. Click on the () icon in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Sendinblue in the drop-down menu to load the widget.
  3. Choose Contacts from the left panel of widget page to view All Contacts and Lists of Sendinblue. 
    • All contacts: All the contact details are listed with their email, name, first name and mobile number.
    • Lists: Displays names of the list with number of subscribers in each list.
  4. The Campaigns option includes the details of Email Campaigns and SMS Campaigns.
    • Email Campaigns: Under the sent tab, names of campaigns and percentage of opens and clicks of each campaign will be listed.
      All the campaign drafts are listed under draft tab.
    • SMS Campaigns: You can send SMS campaigns from here.

View Sendinblue Data from a Ticket's Details Page Subtab

  1. Click on the subtab icon () in a ticket's details page.
  2. Click on Sendinblue.
  3. All the campaigns sent to the email of the requestor will be displayed in the Campaigns tab with the status of either Not Yet Open or Opened.

  4. The Mailing List tab contains Subscribed List and Other List.
    • Subscribed List: Displays the lists the customer is subscribed to. A customer can be unsubscribed from the list by clicking Unsubscribe.
    • Other List: Displays Sendinblue lists the customer is not subscribed to. You can subscribe the customer to the required Lists by clicking Add.

Manage Contacts and Lists from Zoho Desk

To manage Sendinblue Contacts from Zoho Desk:

  1. Choose Sendinblue from () in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Contacts > All contacts from the left panel of the Sendinblue widget page.
  3. Click Add Contact in the top-right corner.
  4. Provide the required details and click Add.
    The contact will be added and subscribed to the chosen list.
  • A user should be subscribed in a list to be added to contacts.

To manage Sendinblue Lists from Zoho Desk

  1. Choose Sendinblue from () in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Contacts > Lists from the left panel of the Sendinblue widget page.
  3. Click Add User.
    Provide the email address of the user and click Subscribe.
  4. Click the More icon  ) to rename or delete a list.
  • If the user is new, you need to add a contact to subscribe that user to this List. If the user is already subscribed to another list, the user will be subscribed to the current list instead.

Send Email Campaigns from Zoho Desk

  1. Choose Sendinblue from () in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Campaigns > Email campaigns from the left panel of the Sendinblue widget page. The campaigns will be listed under either Sent or Draft.

  3. In the Sent tab, click on the More icon  ) to view an email or replicate a campaign. 
    All replicated campaigns will be listed under the Draft tab.
  4. To send a campaign, click on a campaign listed under the Draft menu.
  5. In the pop-up, provide the Lists name to whom the campaign needs to be sent.
  6. Click on the Save button, and then click the Send button.

  • Email campaign can only be sent to lists. It will be delivered to all users who are subscribed to the list.

Send SMS Campaigns from Zoho Desk

  1. Choose Sendinblue from () in the top menu bar.
  2. Click on Campaigns > SMS campaigns from the left panel of the Sendinblue widget page.
  3. Provide the sender's name, list name and the message. 
  4. Click Send.
  • SMS campaigns can only be sent to lists. It will be delivered to all users who are subscribed to the list with valid mobile numbers.

Uninstall the Extension

To uninstall the extension:
  1. Click the Setup icon (  ) in the top bar.
  2. In the Setup Landing page, click All under Marketplace.
  3. In the Marketplace page, click Installed Extensions.
  4. Choose Sendinblue from the list of extensions.
  5. Click the More icon ( ) at the upper-right corner of the Sendinblue extension setup page.
  6. Select Uninstall Extension.
  7. Click Confirm to uninstall the extension.​
